This program provides library materials to Grafton residents who are unable to visit the Library in person due to illness, disability, or arrival of a new baby. The program can be used long-term or short-term depending on the patron’s needs.

Deliveries are typically made on Wednesdays (weather permitting) by a team of dedicated volunteers. Each participant is contacted on Monday afternoon (around noon) to discuss material requests, including preferred titles, authors, or formats. Deliveries are then made on Wednesday afternoons after 1 PM. Participants may choose to receive materials weekly, biweekly, or on an as-needed basis.

We offer a wide variety of materials, including books, audiobooks on CD, movies, magazines, and music. If a requested title is not available at the Grafton Public Library, we will do our best to obtain it through the C/W MARS network. Some participants prefer to select their own materials, while others are happy to have staff make selections on their behalf.  The choice is entirely yours.

If you prefer to manage your own selections, you may set up a PIN for your library account and place requests directly. You can also enable a setting that saves your borrowing history, and staff are happy to assist you with this setup.
