Meeting Room Reservations
Meeting rooms and study rooms are available for use by the community during library hours. The library is open:
– Monday to Thursday: 9 AM – 8 PM
– Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
– Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM

Library meeting and study spaces are available for Grafton residents, Massachusetts state and Town of Grafton agencies, and designated non-profit organizations with a valid 501(c) tax ID number for meetings that are civic, cultural, and/or educational in nature. Reservations must be made by a Grafton resident with a Library card.
Please review the Meeting Room Policy before requesting a room reservation.
Our Food, Beverage and Kitchen Use Policy applies to convened meetings with food and beverages, as well as to food and beverage consumption throughout the building.
The Library has the authority to accept, renew, or reject requests for meeting space under these policies.
Meeting Space Capacities and Amenities
The Community Meeting Room A/B cannot be reserved online. Reservations may be made up to three months in advance. To reserve, please send an email to the Library Director, Katrina Ireland-Bilodeau, at Bilodeauk@graftonlibrary.org, and include a copy to the Administrative Assistant at engolac@graftonlibrary.org.
Community Meeting Room A/B (Full room)
Amenities: Kitchen access, digital projector and screen, lectern, presentation area
Capacity: 181 standing, 117 seated, 48 conference, 32 lecture
Community Meeting Room A (one side only)
Amenities: Kitchen access, digital projector and screen, lectern, presentation area
Capacity: 81 standing, 52 seated, 24 conference, 16 lecture
Setup: 52 seat (audience); 4 tables with 6 chairs each (conference style), 4 tables with 4 chairs each (lecture style)
Community Meeting Room B (one side only)
Amenities: Digital projector and screen, lectern
Capacity: 100 standing, 65 seated, 36 conference, 24 lecture
Setup: 65 seat (audience); 6 tables with 6 chairs each (conference style), 4 tables with 4 chairs each (lecture style)
