Project Updates
The Library Renovation and Expansion Project is estimated at $16.6M, $15.8M of which is eligible costs, about 47% of which is covered by the $7.4M grant from MBLC.

The rooftop garden and second floor patio have been eliminated.

October visitors at the temporary library totaled 4,568 or 175 people per day; in March 2019, our last full month at the Grafton Common location, visitors totaled 5,989, or 230 per day.

The project is partially funded by as state grant administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
