Construction Update
We finalized schematic design and have started to consider which environmental sound and energy saving attributes to employ to achieve our goal of Silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification to gain an additional $250,000 on top of our $7.4 million grant award. MBLC has approved the design and will next need to see our Construction Documents when they are 50% completed!
Our temporary shelving has been delivered to St. Andrews and we are space planning to see what will go where in the temporary building.
