Posted on

April 20-24 is school vacation week! The Library will be hosting a variety of activities for children to participate in throughout the week. We will have no morning storytime sessions this week as we focus on school age children. Events are as follows:

April 21 – LEGO free play from 10am-4pm. Drop-in, bring a friend and build something together!

April 21 – Writing Workshop for ages 8-12 from 2-3:30pm. Join Allison Cusher, Teen Librarian, and Sarah Banister, Children’s Librarian, for an afternoon of fun writing activities! They will provide the prompts and exercises…you just sharpen your pencil (or keyboard)! Registration is required for this program.

April 22- Earth Day! We will have a “green” drop-in craft all day.

April 23 – Nail Art with Nina Park program for ages 8-12 from 3-4:30pm. Award-winning artist Nina Park will show us techniques for creating amazing nail art. Registration is required for this program.

April 24 – In honor of National Poetry Month, we will be having an open, all ages Poetry Workshop from 10am-4pm. Try your hand at different types of poetry! Examples will be provided. This program blends art, craft and writing.

To register for a program, please call 508-839-4649 or email graftonlilbrary.ma@gamil.com
